I personally would have gone for Sadma. 1985 Anupam Kher – Saaransh as B. V. Pradhan Amitabh Bachchan – Sharaabi as Vicky Kapoor Dilip Kumar – Mashaal as Vinod Kumar Naseeruddin Shah – Sparsh as Anirudh Parmar Raj Babbar – Aaj Ki Awaaz as Prof. Prabhat Kumar Varma Naseeruddin Shah in Sparsh gives a good competition, but I don't think anyone would argue against this one too. 1986 Kamal Haasan – Saagar as Raja Amitabh Bachchan – Mard as Raju Singh Anil Kapoor – Meri Jung as Arun Verma Kumar Gaurav – Janam as Rahul Rishi Kapoor – Tawaif as Dawood Mohammed Ali Khan Yusuf Zahi Kamal Haasan is the best among the nominees.
